Financial Generosity

Having your life changed by Jesus isn’t just a one time event. Although it is that, it is also a long, sometimes slow process of loving him and loving others. As Eugene Peterson has called it, “a long obedience in the same direction.” The Well is a church that’s in it for the long haul. We’re here to see lives transformed over generations. That’s why we’re invested in sharing the good news of Jesus with your kids every week. That’s why we’re developing leaders through a leaders track coming up and through better systems and structures. It’s why we’re invested in church planting.

An obstacle to our success in this vision, a church that sees lives transformed over generations, is our financial fruitfulness. We need investors to see this happen. Over the last 4.5 years The Well has grown from 12 people in a living room to over 300 people who call The Well their church home. Thanks to your support we were able to become financially self-sufficient last year (meaning we didn’t need to go outside The Well for support). We’re so grateful for how God has blessed The Well in this way (even ahead of schedule for most church plants).

With that said, it is important, this year more than ever, that you consider giving sacrificially toward the end of the year. This is our first year “out of the nest” so to speak financially. To make our budget for the year we need around $70,000 more than a typical month of giving at The Well.

We want you to invest financially here at The Well. Right now, we are projected to have around 80% of our needs met financially next year. I would love for you to invest financially here at The Well to see lives transformed by the gospel. We’re here for the long haul, I hope you’ll join us and do so by investing financially here.
